FAQs

Q: What is a doubler?

A: Think of a doubler as "cordial" that needs to be diluted, it contains double the flavour concentrate.
For example a 15ml doubler will make 30ml of e-liquid for vaping.

All of our doublers ship in a bottle that's twice the size so all you need to do is pour in your PG/VG solution, shake and vape! Although we do recommend waiting a minimum of 24 hours after you've poured the PG/VG solution in so that the flavours have time to disperse (steep).

note: All bottles are slightly larger than the advertised volume (much like all other bottles out there), when filling stop just before the liquid reaches the neck of the bottle.

Q: What's a singler?

A: A singler is a pre-mixed e-liquid that you don't need to do anything with other than vape.
NOTE: all singlers are 0mg nicotine - they're great if you've given up nicotine but still enjoy vaping.

Q: What's PG and VG? Why is it 50% / 50 %

A: PG (Propylene Glycol) is a 'flavour carrier', VG (Vegetable Glycerin) is what makes those vapour clouds thicker.

PG's job is to carry the flavour and it also produces a bit of a throat hit (that tickling you feel). It is commonly used in food flavour concentrates and that's why it appears here - we use food grade concentrates when blending our recipes.
VG is that old friend that wraps you around in a warm cloud of vapour, but it can have the effect of reducing (muting) the flavour. VG is also quite thick (viscous) and it can make the e-liquid too thick to vape on many starter kits.

The reason it's blended 50% of each is that it's a good balance between flavour, throat hit and vapour production.

All of our flavours come as 50/50, if your nicotine diluter is also 50% PG and 50% VG when you mix the two together you get.... a damn good vape! That's also 50% PG and 50% VG.

Q: What is steeping, do your liquids need it?

A: Steeping is 'aging' the e-liquid, the best way to do it is to give the e-liquid time for the flavour particles to mix together - you can speed it up by giving the bottle a shake every day.
Our e-liquids come with a date printed on the bottle so you know how long it's had for the flavours to spread through the solution - generally a week is sufficient however some flavours may develop more as time progresses.

Unfortunately our e-liquids do need some extra steep time once you dilute them, 24 hours is a good start if you're keen to go however the longer you give it the better the taste experience will be.
